A Midsummer Night's Dream January 28-30 VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE

Classic characters, as you’ve never seen them before, discover and fight for diverse expressions of True Love in this digital adaptation of Shakespeare’s magical play, performed LIVE by members of the third year ensemble. Warning: Classical language and digital fog and other inclement weather.

The Classical Theatre Project features the third-year class of the Theatre and Drama Studies program. Each year, they work with a director on a fresh and dynamic adaptation of a classical text. This year’s project features two plays: A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Keira Loughran and Romeo and Juliet directed by Paolo Santalucia. (please note: these productions run on separate dates).

In order to make our online performances accessible, we are using a Pay-What-You-Can model for ticket sales. Free tickets are available for all shows, or, patrons may select a $5 - $35 ticket. Thank you for your support and for joining us this year!
