Chekhov's masterpiece follows the eponymous three sisters Olga, Masha, and Irina as they navigate passion and sacrifice in a culture on the brink of revolution. Stuck in an unremarkable garrison town far from the social life of the Moscow where they yearn to return, the three women must find within themselves what it means to be a family, the importance of legacy, and how to cope with a longing that cannot be grasped.
